Rod cutting vise / jig

A simple jig for holding threaded or smooth rods while you cut them. Can be screwed or bolted into any surface (I bolted it to the top of my toolbox)

Makes it much easier to cut rods, especially threaded ones.
Will not chew up the threads like a normal vise will.

Made for 8mm rods but it should scale up or down easily for whatever you need.
