Based off the foamcore design plans found at https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/1935314/foamcore-design-plans
Made several modifications such as expanding the sizing of various slots to accommodate sleeved cards, consolidating the tokens into one box and consolidating the System Disks into one box.
This should fit the Borg expansion, 7 civilizations and associated tokens.
Will require the following...
7x STA Insert V4-Token-Civilization.stl
2x STA Insert V4-Warp Lane.stl
2x STA Inse
