CQB iPhone Case Mashup Plus Text and NinjaFlex option

Liked the stencil iPhone Mashup, but needed to add easy text along the bottom.
You can choose the depth of the text to make it a cut-out or just an impression.
Just added iPhone5 option for flexible filament. This required changing the design so that the case held snug.
NOTE: The customizer will not work with the 5c case (because import is not allowed). If you want to use the 5c case then you can do it by loading the .scad file into OpenScad. You must also load the file iphone_5c_case
