remix of cannon wheel for model of cannon from Castle of Buedingen

In trying to print the cannon from Castle of Buendingen by wersy, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2546674, I was having a heck of a time getting the wheels right, so I just decided to remix them into a single object.
