Desktop monitor speaker stand/wedge

I wanted a simple way to angle my desktop monitor speakers toward my ears, without adding height. I saw a few other designs on this site, but most seemed to use more plastic than I thought necessary.

My Polk R150s have a 7"x7" base (x10" tall), and these stands hold them at a roughly 13 degree angle. The stand itself is just under 5" wide, so it won't work with narrower speakers.
