E-mu Gen 1 001602C OLED mount

This was designed to allow the installation of one of these OLEDs in E-mu's first generation romplers (e.g. Proteus 1, Proteus 2, Proteus 3, Procussion).

NB: replacement of the display in this range is difficult, since it requires desoldering of a 7x2 pin 0.1" DIL header.

I wanted longer pins than on the original to provide the depth, so I removed the header from the panel PCB rather than trying to solder the OLED onto the existing header. Removal of that header is a difficult soldering
