This transponder is for use in the Rogue One rebel flak vest and field jacket. I've tested it on the Cosplaysky Cassian Andor vest and jacket and it fits well. This has not been tested on the Anovos or Magnoli Clothiers version, but it could be modded to fit. I used a magnetic nametag bar to secure it.
