i made this quick drawing to replace my warped from factory plate.
6061-T6 0.125" aluminum
this is a profile with the holes at standard sizes (0.100" and 0.063") for cutting with CNC water jet
FINISHING IS REQUIRED
- open holes to size
- tap required holes (heat pad)
- countersink
- debur holes and edges
- finish surface if desired
the bed i received was acutally larger than the stated 500mmx500mm i dont know if this will affect anyone else let me know!
