Universal Spool Stand Bigger Wheels

I loved the idea of the spool stand rather than having to fix the spool on something involving screws, extra printed parts to fix on the spool etc. But the stand printed poorly on my setup for various reasons:

- the parts didn't fit as the cylinders were too thick,
- the wheels constantly touched the sides which causes jams,
- the wheels were small and unless putting a lot of work on smoothing them (with no guarantee about them being balanced etc as I don't have a lathe at home...),
