Muscle Clock

A clock for my Gym Bound Cage fighting all-round tough guy friend (we all have one) I plan to print it out as is, then bond glittery card to the read to take up the blanks.

I made this is 3 minutes flat! (The clock was 11 hours slow..Badoom Tish!!)
