adapter for 40mm E3D v6 hotend fan

Had issues with jamming in the Chinese hotend. My cheap 30mm fan did not cool the hotend heatsink properly, so I have made an adapter for a 40x40x20 fan. The airflow is at least 3x bigger than the old 30mm fan.

This adapter is to be glued to the integrated layer fan carrier. You can find it here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172765/#files. This unit must be glued and screwed to the carier.
