Wooden Train Track Support Level 2 Fix

For those that don't have experience to modify this remix is a small adjustment to make the second level support 8.2 mm higher. [Original level 2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34194) was a little short where as if you had used level 1 supports to cross trains under the 2 level supported tracks the brio trains would hit the upper track.
