Sterilite replacement latch for air tight gasket container

This is a replacement for the terribly weak latches Sterilite provides us. With minimal use the stock latches come apart on the axles/nubs and i really needed this part working correctly since the container is used as a dry box for my filament.

The outer portion is intended to be flat since in the original Sterilite design there is a steep overhang. Even with crazy close support settings it will still mess up, so i added more material to give it a flat bottom and shaped to where it is still c
