Iteration of Prusa MK2S extruder

My iteration of MK2S extruder that uses:
- a 3mm filament (i have some spools from the "old" times to consume)
- the new MK3 fan duct
- a regular 40x40mm fan (mine is quite powerful)
- a standard 608 idle bearing, since I didn't have one smaller at hand :)
- a big capacitive sensor (18mm in diameter)

So far prints are coming out amazing.
Let me know what you think and what could be done better, so that I can update my files.
