Lathe 3-Jaw Chuck Spacer for Short Stock - Spider

This is to space out short stock for turning or facing operations in a 3-jaw lathe chuck. It flexes over the jaws to take up 3/4" of space. There is a center hole which could be threaded for a stud/bolt to further space stock outward if needed and 3 holes for set screws for finer adjustment if needed for leveling (Magnets could be pressed into these to hold it to the body of the chuck).
The center of this naturally takes up space so the minimum grip diameter possible is about 5/8" diamet
