This is a heavily reworked version of 3DPrintingEverything's Bowden attachment. I i'm fooling around with bowden on my Monoprice Maker select V2.0 (aka Wanhao v2.1) and i needed a bit higher quality than his version.

Required Items:
Wanhao i3 or clone V2.1
1x M6 4mm Ptfe Fitting https://tinyurl.com/y9nexc7m
2x M3 x 30mm https://tinyurl.com/y9deazf8
2x M3 Locknut https://tinyurl.com/y9o9dnoh
(Hardware is to hold your stock heat sink on)
