Towel Dispenser Fix

My workplace has restrooms with Kimberly-Clark paper towel dispensers.
Those things are awful! Every one of them suffers from the same issue.
If you push the handle all the way to the bottom of the track, the internal
mechanism ends up ripping a hole in the middle of the paper towel then stops
advancing the paper towel no matter how many times you hit the handle.
The only solution is to open the dispenser up, and feed the paper thru the rollers again.
