CR-10 Controller Screen Cover Remix (w/ SD card cutaway)

I altered kelvinA's design so that it would not interfere with my full size SD card reader. Sadly, the CR-10S controller is about 2mm smaller than the CR-10, so it didn't work for me. I didn't want to see the design go to waste since I am sure there are other CR-10 owners out there who will want to print this... but have the SD card holder. I also added some CR-10 text to the front. I printed face down (as the file is laid out) with supports just for the lettering, it came out great. I will post
