Kirill's effector for BIQU Magician

This is a remix of Kirill's fullbody effector.

I modified;
1. air flow improvement
2. making some clearance to the heat block
3. decrease some margins to avoid jerk

to install; Offsets of the effector are changed to 25mm, 7.7mm smaller.
1. replace the original effector to this.
2. set Home->Setting->Machine->Radius to 69.3mm,

I made this by CarbonX PETG as one piece with supports,
and got an improvement of print quality.
