Nerf Mastodon flywheel cage for Zeus wheels

This is intended to replace the right side of a Mastodon's flywheel cage, and is designed to replicate the stock flywheel-surface spacing when using Zeus flywheels, which are a bit smaller than Mastodon flywheels but much more durable. The left side is still needed as it holds the jam door in place.

This cage assumes the use of RS-360 motors, which is the form factor of motor used by the Zeus.
