Sunhokey E3D Clamp with Screw cut away

After printing and assembling the x-carriage by jeh241_makestuff, I found in order to mount the 40mm fan, I had to carve out the side of the E3D Clamp in order to accommodate the mounting screw. I modified the original one with a cut away to accommodate the mounting screw and to eliminate the need to disassemble and reassemble to get it to fit correctly on the x-carriage.
