This knob has two modes of operation: Speed turn between two fingers or fine tune with one finger on one of the cross pins.
Depending on the printer settings the inner diameter might be on the small side: If it won't snap on the axis of the CR-10 you can use a 6mm drill to spindle out the inner diameter and you should be good to go.
