Universal Phone to Camera Tripod Adaptor

I looked at a few of the camera to tripod adaptors on here and didn't find any that I particularly liked so I made up my own. :-) This will fit any phone between about 65mm and 115mm and could be easily modified smaller/larger if need be.

My criteria were that it should fit the standard 1/4-20 thread on a tripod without any further adaptors and that it should be easily adjustable (just a rubber band to hold the tension).
