(PROTOTYPE DESIGN) Safariland ELS to MOLLE/PALS adapter

So yeah. Wanted to put esstac pouches or whatever on your ELS belt setup?
A buddy wanted to do that. So I backwards engineered it from a pouches I have. I don't have an ELS to try it on yet so if you're interested in this as a finished product and want to do the fitment testing..... HMU I swear im nice
