MOOG industrial C34 DC motors have commutator brushes that need servicing. The caps used to screw the brushes in are often stripped or damaged.
Print this with ABS or Nylon with a step resolution of 0.1mm or 0.05mm (far better results)
The thread accuracy is dependent on the calibration on your 3d printer. My advice is to print one at high speed and then fit and measure and make an eventual scale adjustment in the slicer of a couple percent up
