HyperCube Evo IGUS bearing parts, and BLTouch

I wanted to use IGUS bearings for my HEVO, but Scott_3D's parts did not fit the bearing I wanted to use, so I edited the parts to fit what I wanted.

The holes for the threaded inserts have been changed to fit the inserts I bought ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Y20YLKY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ).

I wanted a better way to mount my BLtouch, and a way to add a zip-tie to hold the wires coming from the hotend. So I edited the hotend mount, and the hotend clamp.
