Formbot T-Rex Print Head Crown

An updated print head crown for the Formbot T-Rex. This version has a small guide tube from the top to where the filament passes through the circuit board on top of the print head to make it easier to load filament. In the past I had issues where filament wouldn't easily line up with the hole in the circuit board causing some annoyance in getting filament loaded. The rib that runs through the tube is more to lessen the bridging requirements than for added structure.
