IFÖ toilet seat hinge

This a toilet seat hinge for IFÖ toilet seats. Original part nr: IFÖ 91041.

Modeled taking measurements of the original part using a vernier caliper. Modifications have been made to the original part to increase strength.

It is a hard item to print. My conclusion is that it is easier printing it laying down in PLA with 70% fill. It becomes strong enough. ABS is very hard to print since many parts need supports.

Warm up the PLA part with a hairdryer before putting it in the toilet. This
