CarLoop Particle Photon & GPS Enclosure

This is a snap fit case designed to fit the [CarLoop](https://www.carloop.io/) CanBus Adapter with a [Particle Photon](https://www.particle.io/) connected and the [CarLoop GPS](https://store.carloop.io/products/carloop-gps) on piggy-backed. It has a slot for connecting a USB cable to the Photon for programming and debugging. Currently there is no access slot for the SD card as I don't plan to remove mine. Please leave feedback.
