Biggest part is the middle ring. It has a diameter of 195mm

You can print the middle ring and the bottom together.

For the bars:
I cut 31 pieces of 1,75mm filament. Length 35mm, but you can cut it longer or shorter.
30 for the case and 1 for the swing.

Glue the hook on the top.

the holes are 2mm, maybe you need to drill it.

Tip:
In cura 3.2 is a function in "Experimental" called "use adaptive layers". This function make the surface of round object better.
