My garage door opener's sprocket coupling broke. I tried repairing it using glue (and other methods) but nothing worked right. Amazon sells these for 10 bucks, but just buying one is no fun... So I made this thing using Tinkercad on my lunch break, and Im sharing it with you. Print with 100% infill otherwise yours may break. Enjoy!

Oh & I heard this works with liftmaster brand garage door openers too.
