Shower head swivel joint

I needed an adapter for my shower head. The conical shape is based on italian standards (I'm not sure how international it is...). The lower part of the cone is 20mm.
The bolt I used is the amazing design from akira3dp0. It is not included in the files, it's found here:

Use the 50mm length.
