XYZ da Vinci 1.0 E3D V6 Bowden hotend remix

This a remix of AndrewT111's awesome DaVinci1.0 E3Dv6 Bowden conversion.
I needed to use parts I had laying around, so i remixed it to use hex nuts.
The screws are inserted in from the backing plate (front of machine) and through
the nuts countersunk in the hotend base. Then the fan duct is slid over the screw
and secured with a nut. I also countersunk the screw heads on the hotend cap.

I also remixed the fan duct to use the stock 40mm 5v fan.
