Print with flexible filament. I used sainsmart red TPU. A friend of mine used eSun fexible PLA. Both filaments worked well.
If you're using flexible TPU, I'd recommend running slow.... Somewhere around 20mm/s or less.
I designed these pill boxes to be comfortably in my pocket. The goal was to make it big enough to carry a hand full of aspirin in a small portable container.
If you want a container that fits very tight, print the bottom with PLA and the lid with a flexible filament.
