Changelog:
- Made sides of fan shroud wider just a bit.
- Added holes and countersunk nuts for sensor mount.
- Fan shroud is now secured with the hotend.
- Made a sensor mount that is very close location as original.
- Added a layer cooler for a 30mm fan.
