Octagonal Restrictor for No-name chinese light up joystick

This is an octagonal gate for the mini ball top led joysticks, usually packaged with some buttons and a zero-delay encoder, you can buy on that one big auction site. they come with a square plate, which I didn't really like the feel of, so I found Jiisuki's design and decided to build from it. I changed the Diamond in the middle to an octagon, and I slimmed up the design, as well as removed the little plastic dippity-doots on the plate.
