OpenRC Chassis Rear optimized for F104 tires (pre 2017 version)

Turns out the original Rear Chassis OpenRC F1 (pre 2017 version) is a tiny bit to close to the tire when using Tamiya F104 tires. When you race the car the tires hit the chassis which does harm to the tire and the chassis as well, so I optimized the chassis giving the tires a tiny bit more space.
