Hovercraft skirt upper ring

I didn't like the upper skirt clips. They were a pain to clean up off the print bed, and I lost and broke many of them before I even wore out the original lightweight plastic bag skirt.

This thing replaces the skirt clips with a two piece retaining ring. I didn't know what kind of screws I was going to use, so I didn't design in any holes. I found short wood/plastic screws, and drilled appropriate holes through both the rings and the upper hull of the original design and screwed it toget
