CR-10 Top Mount Spool Holder

I finally got around to designing a spool holder for the CR-10 that mounts on the top bar, which is essential if you have used my previous direct drive extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2735674) or one of the many others that have emerged since I did mine.
