Bowden motor mount for Anet A8 (Above frame, both sides)

For anyone like me that likes to use the metal extruder motor mounts such as [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018QPUROO). This fits on the top left or right of the Anet A8 acrylic frame and allows you to bolt the aluminum motor mount using 4 M4X12 screws and 4 M4 nuts.

I used M4X10, but I would recommend a little bit of a longer screw if you have them available such as M4X12 or M4X14.

**UPDATE 3/19/2018:** I have included both the left and the right side mounts. The right sid
