CR10/Ender2 Snap Lock Extruder Sleeve with cable holder

* Important * Only fit stock extruder with the short press arm, some later version came with a longer arm.

I really like how the "Snap Lock Extruder Sleeve" from danbear ease my thumb. But, I have also missed the cable holder from my "Extruder cover" by KariKemppainen. So, I loaded both into TinkerCAD and this came out.
