Ikea Lack Spoolholder

Spoolholder than can be clipped to an Ikea Lack table and feed into direct drive or depending on your extruder motor position also bowden style printers.

It can be screwed into place so it can't move, but would also be possible without screwing it into the side or top of the table.

I would suggest using PETG if possible, but PLA works just as well. Maybe in hotter areas, PETG would be necessary.
