Yet Another Prop Balancer

That's a prop balancer, using 4mm smooth rods. You can use nails or similar size rods by rescaling accordingly.
The rods fit well in their slots, but I also included holes for zipties.
The gears' hole is 4mm, you may need some drilling to fit. I also included a space for 6mm sliders, because I had them laying around, but they are not necessary.
Print 2x gear.stl and 1x balancer.stl
Make sure that the surface you're working on is well leveled!
