57 mm Axis 2x2

All credit to Proxy Pie for the design. All I did was slightly modified the extensions such that the edge length of the final puzzle is 57 mm to match the size of my other 2x2 shape mods. Note: this cannot be achieved by simply scaling up the extensions as they still need to fit onto a 24 mm mini 2x2.
