Dust filter and oiler for qidi filament alignment bracket

This is my remix of a remix. Feel free to remix further. As the title suggests, all this does is oil the filament as it passes through the alignment bracket, once something spongy is added. If the smaller hole needs to be wider, do tell, this is designed with 1.75mm filament in mind. I may tweak this a bit here and there, but i think this is fine as is.
