Titan Extruder BLTouch Mount

I needed a way to add a BL Touch to a Titan Extruder set up I really liked for my Hypercube. I've only sized it for an E3D v6, so a Volcano may be too long for the spacing. The thickness around the m3 bolts are 5mm so you'll need longer 5mm longer bolts than what comes with the extruder, but they are all common sizes. I tried to keep the BLTouch mount far enough away from the heat block for all orientations.
