Curvy adjustable stand for digital sundial Pivot fixed

I make just a little fix of the Pivot found in gadgetmind´s beautiful Curvy Stand for the Digital Sundial from Mojoptix.
In the original file there was a little notch at the bottom of the pivot (see pictures). I dont know if this is needful but i don´t think so.So when i was slicing the model the rest of the modell start on layer 2. So it messed up.
Sure, i can use support or print it in another way, but this orientation is in my opinion the best.
