Barkers Row Strongman Tower Base

Here is a simple fix for the Strongman Tower for the game "Barkers Row" from Overworld Games. The original setup was a bit wobbly. This isn't anything fancy, but it seems to do a good job of keeping the Strongman Tower from wobbling around on the table when adjusting the markers.
