GE 169202 Blender Gear

This is a replacement blender gear for the GE 169202 blender. Many users of this blender at some point burn out (melt) the middle of the gear surrounding the square bolt on the pitcher.

So, let's just print another. Using the original 8 mm nut, tap that into the square hole of the newly printed gear with a hammer. It should give a snug fit. Screw it onto the blender shaft by hand... I suggest finding a good flat-nosed pair of pliers to hold the center of the blade while tightening the gea
