Gloomhaven character dashboard light

Based on the idea of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172188

This dashboard is thinner and do not requires dices.

How we use it :
* Right and left slots are for discard and lost.
* Front slots are for equipments. It's wide enough to turn it on the slice to mark as spent or consumed. 2 card can fit each slot.
* We use the hole of the character picture to store coins.
* We don't manage active character ability deck with the dashboard and put card in front (for permanent/round
